Adults Swimming Sessions
Adults, especially parents, struggle to find the time to fit exercises in their daily routine.
At Gold Fins Swimming, we are offering adult swimmers the perfect environment for a quick, efficient and low impact weekly workout. These sessions are suitable for adults who already know how to swim, no matter what their fitness levels are. Our aim is to foster a swimming community to motivate each other to reach and go beyond their fitness goal and mental wellbeing. Our swimming teachers will provide you with a structured swimming programme based on your ability and goals. They will also observe, guide and provide you tips to complete your programme. Sessions always end up with a high as a group relay to create a team spirit and make it fun.

Swimming is a great full body and low impact workout which has lots of health benefits. Exercising 30 minutes in water is worth 45 minutes of the same activity on land. Other swimming benefits are:
